Great energy from the owners and staff, they've been my go-to place since I was like 12. I'm only an amateur painter and I'll go years without picking up a brush but Phoenix has always been there for me.

I am immunocompromised and I have been very nervous about going out during the pandemic. Phoenix is clearly following all public health guidance which made me feel comfortable. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful which was important as I was buying a gift and I don't know much about the hobby.
