Bought 3 meals (soups) one being vegetarian brought home ate 1/4 before realizing I had moldy cauliflower in my food. Simply offered me a refund and left it at that. Very sad to think I may get sick as a result of trusting a restaurant with my safety. Yes mistakes happen but this is unacceptable mistake. Also in past transactions they have forgotten things I've paid for 90 percent of the time. Or simply gotten it wrong. They don't seem to take allergy warnings seriously as I asked for an item to not be in my order due to this and it was given to me with the ingredients I asked to not be put in and they will not remake only pick the items out which is unsafe for an allergy. I would avoid such a place that doesn't take health and safety seriously. Please be careful if you choose to eat here. Always inspect your food prior to eating.

Vermicelli bowls in the past have always been hot and fresh but we’ve noticed that prices have gone up and portions have lessened considerably. Shrimp and pork vermicelli was good but very small, with a serving of 3 tiny shrimp and a couple pieces of grilled pork. The new prices certainly don’t reflect the portion sizes therefore unlikely we’d visit again.

I just ordered through them on uber eats, not only did they charge me an extra 4 to get a "large" pho. It was literally the same size as the regular one I ordered. Also i asked them too add utensils i never received. Not to mention the broth was lukewarm and it didn't soften the noodles. 41 dollars wasted, I will never order from here again!!
April 30th 2021 ordered 3 soups one being the vegetarian after waiting 20 mins we picked up and brought it home upon opening it seemed ok I ate about 1/4 and noticed a seriously moldy piece of cauliflower that had so much mold it was floating around it in my soup. I brought my food back and they simply offered a refund. But beyond that won't take responsibility. I'm not sure what I expect but to possibly make someone sick is a pretty big deal to me. I will say recently their service has been poor. Always getting things wrong or completely forgetting them and it's a shame to pay for something to end up sick to your stomach or realizing you didn't get what you paid for. I'll post images if possible. But please be aware that this place isn't trustworthy and won't take accountability. Except offer a refund which is no help when being faced with food that can make you sick
This place has lot of open space so it easy to feel comfortable eating also #15 house special was a good deal.. Very Yummy
The QR code ordering system felt great and efficient. Good menu, prices and the complimentary warm mint tea had a great aftertaste too
I ordered Pho Combo through SkiptheDishes. The sauce did not come with the soup, and the straw did not come with Jazen Tea. WHAT WOULD THE SOUP TASTE LIKE WITHOUT THE SAUCE AND JAZEN TEA WITH NO STRAW?? When I called them, they told me to come to the restaurant instead of arranging the courier to deliver the missing items. Not ordering from this restaurant ever again.
