They expect alot of hard work ,no slackers last long.,but they notice hard work and commitment and will make sure you feel valued and the money not bad. I worked for PFG over 6 years and left on good terms Evin though they should of let me go much sooner. I was going through a bad divorce and work suffered,they patiently waited for my return but was not able to return ,so I had to go on stress leave with their support. I'm back at work but not for PFG they want to many hours and a commitment I can no longer make .But they were a great company and I recommend them to all employees in any position possible advancement if wanted.
