I hope there is a new owner or they have improved their ethics. About 15 years ago I brought in an older glass encased wind-up clock because it would stop. Owner looked at it and later told me that he will remove the internals and replace with a battery operated clock. I refused and when I got home I put ONE drop of fine oil on one gear. The clock has been running perfectly for 15 years! I always wonder what he would have done with the original mechanism...

Very polite customer service I had a great experience. I picked up a few watch straps and will be going back there when Covid restrictions allows it to look at all of there stock. If you're a Seiko fanboy this is your place. Also i know nice/good watch straps are hard to come by in store Pfaff's got you covered i was pretty spoiled for choice. Thank you again for your time!

Very good place for watch service, repairs and sales. My mechanical watch had a balance spring issue and Pfaff quickly completed the repair the same day (which is probably as quick as can be expected). Also he demagnetized the watch which was needed. Extremely knowledgeable and interesting with which to speak about watches . Fair selection of watches and the Go-To for authentic Seiko sales (dive watches, mechanical dress watches) and will sometimes have limited edition watches in stock. I highly recommend Pfaff for service over any generic jewelry store.
