This place is a nightmare. They are just interested in the initial consult fee . When I left the first message I got a call within 30 minutes and they booked me in right away with the doc. They charged me 800. They grab money from you and then give you run for your money . He prescribed me natural progesterone in July and I have been trying to book a follow up since then but absolutely no response. I will be sending them legal notice . Stay away from these thieves Do not recommend

I was excited to experience the ground breaking warm water birthing method back in 1983 offered by Dr. Pettle, so much so that I paid out of pocket to see him. When the time came for my daughter to be born, Dr. Pettle wanted to schedule me for inducement so that it fit into his schedule. I objected, wanting nature to decide when my baby should come. When I went into labour, the team at the hospital tried to contact Dr. Pettle. It was a weekday morning, not middle of the night or weekend. My husband looked at the chart for my care hanging on the door, and the quoted response from Dr. Pettle was \don't contact me again regarding this patient.\ Nearly 40 years later, and I haven't forgotten that. Be forewarned. At least after threatening legal action, his practice refunded the money we paid for his services that we never received.
Has my first visit with him and he was wonderful. He thinks outside the box and has taken better care of me than doctors that have reputations of being the best in Toronto. His staff was really friendly and kind. I'm excited to start this journey to better health with him as my Doctor.
The receptionist is rude. She made a wrong call to my number and disconnected without apologies right after hearing that she made a wrong call. I do not trust doctors with rude staffs.
This is a long overdue review. Dr. Pettle is a very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate doctor. He gives his best attention and advice to all his patients. His wife and office staff are very dedicated and efficient.
