Just a shout out to the amazing people that work at this store. Had a chance to speak to Jordan about improving my Shepherd's nutritional intake (dry dog food) and received phenomenal information about how my current dog food compared to other options that were more suited for my pet. Jordan explained quite a bit about some of the ingredients and the benefits. Easily ordered online while I spoke to Jordan and curb side pick up was a breeze. Really appreciate the outstanding customer service at the Cambridge store. You all deserve a big raise during these tough times! All the best.

Although we have moved away and don’t get to frequent this location anymore it was the best place to take our four pugs for grooming. We asked for EILEEN every time, she is a true animal person and will treat your little ones with the same love and care that she has for her own. Our littles ones loved their visits with her and so will your’s!!

This PetSmart is a particularly good place to purchase small birds. We have had several from this store, and each one has been healthy, lively, and filled with personality. The staff are very helpful, the store is clean, and seems to be well stocked in the departments we visit (bird and small pets). There are often customers with dogs who seem to be well behaved, and the grooming center is always busy when we go in the store. This is our most recent addition to the family, purchased from this PetSmart in Spring 2019. As you can see, she is bright-eyed, and very healthy. The large cage was also an excellent purchase from this store.
