I brought my very sweet but very nervous bulldog here for a nail trim and the staff were extremely kind and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and calm. They did a great job and I really appreciated their approach!

I really like this PetSmart located at Erb Street. I go more often to the grooming salon, where I appreciate the treatment given by the staff there. Our labrador Cupcake is very well treated with kindness and I'm grateful for that. Thank you!
Popped in with a couple of newly adopted puppies in need of everything. Staff was super helpful in selecting a puppy starter kit X two. Got some great chewy toys, collars, leashes, puppy friendly treats, and great starter food. Two pup's set up for about 100 each. Thanks so much for the dog friendly space too.
the staff were helpful, polite, the girl who helped with the carry out didn't help much, possibly because of the rain, she did get us some ribbon since we didn't have anything to keep the trunk closed.
