Wish my little girl didn’t want to use her savings today for a goldfish. It lasted one day. Kind of figured since I witnessed three dead ones being picked clean by the rest of the fish in the tank. Not to mention I have to point out to the gentleman working there...that one of the mice was laying dead in the corner. No care there for the animals, won’t be back.

The only reason there is 2 stars is for how friendly and welcoming the staff are. Their rodent and reptile care and information is lack-luster to say the least. Rats should NOT be housed in any sort of wood-chip bedding. Especially the dusy kinds. I have gotten 2 from there and one had a acute respitory distress which developed into a complete respitory disorder that killed her. The other developed tumors, which when researched, was due to the food in which they had fed them at a young age as well as inbreeding. The hamsters. That's a whole different story that I'd rather not talk about. But NONE of the enclosures geared towards hamsters they sell are suitable for any rodents besides maybe mice (but I'm not so familiar myself with mouse care). I've often got fish as well that died within the next day to about a month after with various types of infections. The worst being a case of ick that spread through my guppy tank and crashed the whole system, killing off the majority of my fish. I also bought over a hundred dollars (12 angel fish) and all of them died within 48 hours, with proper aclimation and water temperature in the tank. There are some good products carried here, though there isn't a wide range of bird/rodent/or reptil feeds and suplies. I've not seen any reputable brands of hamster foods or parrot foods that I've seen. It very much crushed me to see cockatiels and conures being sold here as I know they are not reciving proper nutrition (at least in the care of the store) and even for just a short period of time that can be detrimental.
The senior staff are extremely knowledgeable. All the staff are very friendly. It’s my go to place when I want my animals special supplies
Reptiles are not well cared for and staff does not really know their product well nor are able to assist people in giving more information about the products.
I had a fish that had a bad eye and I called and they gave me some medicine for him to get him better and he is 100% better but they didn't really give it I had to buy it but he's one hundred percent better now and I'm really impressed
I asked to see one of the pets for sale, and noticed they had a respiratory infection (rats), told the staff to which they replied “yea, Probobly”. I do not recommend buying from there, as their pets have a good chance of being sick. Really not impressed.
