Car wash will damage your car (lost a mirror cover) and the attendants can't be bothered to go look for the part for you

The staff are always friendly and helpful. We use self-serve gas pumps there. We regularly wash our vehicles in their car wash. PetroCan usually has a promo with 1 or 2 free car wash as a bonus when you purchase 5. You can use their online website to reload car washes too. I find they sometimes have manager deals, on their carwash package. Always grab that one! They have a large snack and beverage selection. They also have a well kept large public bathroom inside. Close to Highway 6 & 11. Have been their customer for decades!

Diesel pumps take almost 15 minutes to fill 70 litres. Attendant said it’s due to cold temps. Was only -11 C. Pumps were like this last winter as well, clearly not keeping up with maintenance/repairs.

Tried to get a car wash. Got second in line after 20 minutes only to have the guy shut it down. Rick went in for a refund, won’t issue us one, says come back later. Explain we don’t live here, still won’t give a refund. Offers a free car wash for any Petro then reopens car wash and lets us cut in line. Get in only to have the damn thing shut down with us inside. 10 minutes to get us out. Still won’t do anything for us. Doubt we’ll ever be back here!
