Our backyard renovation is everything we envisioned! Our project was handled from start to finish by talented, hardworking, professionals. Jen the design and development specialist prepared the design that brought our vision to light. She patiently helped us in selecting materials to suit our budget and style. The project manager Tristan, was here daily and worked along side the team. He coordinated the trades needed to complete the job and kept us updated daily on the progress. The workmanship and work ethic of the entire team was outstanding. Hiring Hickory to handle our backyard renovation was the best decision we made! We now have a backyard oasis to enjoy with our family and friends!

Although we did not purchase a deck from this company, the customer service provided by their employee Jen, has led me to write this review. This summer we have been dealing with several deck/fence companies and NONE of them have been as transparent, professional, punctual, and overall pleasant to deal with as Jen. I've used Hickory twice now and will use only them in the future as the work is impressive, the workers are polite and show up when they say they will and the price was more than fair. Darryl Susz was extremely easy to work with yet professional and made us feel as if we were a priority something lacking in most of the trades we've dealt with over the years!
