We had a few different companies come out to provide quotes for an inground pool. Andrew from Waterworld was the only one who truly seemed interested in helping us design our backyard, rather than simply putting a hold in the ground. He never made us feel any pressure, but was quick to share his amazing ideas. We are now super excited to see the final product and feel very grateful to be working with such a dependable and creative team.

Amazing service. Water World Pools has helped me out multiple times with our pool. from opening and closing, installing a new liner, and most recently helping us get rid of an algae issue which is a pain. Within 2 days of doing a treatment of chemicals and procedure for a ton of algae that took over our pool its gone (see attached image)! thanks for the great advice Garret and the team.
Andrew was very helpful in getting us the right hot tub (and we never even stepped foot in the warehouse (COVID)). Everything was done over the phone, hot tub arrived on time and they were honest with wait times and delays due to COVID. Very happy with delivery team as well!

Recently purchased an IPG spa from Andrew and the team at Water World Pools and don’t have enough good things to say about the experience! Everything was smooth from purchase to delivery and set up. Even through the ongoing pandemic situation which I’m sure has made operations much more difficult for them! We have been using WW for years for our pool chemicals and supplies and we’ve always had great dealings with them for everything. We can’t wait to spend our summer enjoying our backyard this year, thanks to Water World!
