I walked in, asked for a suit. Neil went and grabbed a few (they all fit perfectly), chose the one that fit my budget. It's my lucky suit. It fits great, feels great, it moves nicely. I, since then, have bought a few shirts and a tie. It's been a great experience. Love it. And Oh, Neil is awesome

I had an emergency with my suit for my daughters wedding. The dry cleaners ruined my jacket. I went in on Monday to begin the search for a new suit for the wedding on Saturday to walk my daughter down the isle. I have purchased from this store in Peterborough before. Well....Russell fixed me up with an amazing suit, tie and pocket hanky and he had it fitted for me by the end of the day. Wow, what a relief. It was a great experience. Thank you so much.

I had some pretty poor alterations done on about 6 pairs of suit pants. So bad that they split open and I had to take them to another location where I moved to not only be fixed, but re tailored as the fit was pretty bad. This is reflective of the seamstress who did the work - absolutely awful. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the customer service through this has been very good. Russell has been the one arranging things for me and he has been excellent in his communication and professionalism. They have great staff, but their seamstress should be fired.

Incompetent staff, poor management, and seriously lacking communication skills. We had to drive back the night before the wedding, leave the rehearsal early because of incorrect measurement. We weren't offered an apology, compensation, or any kind of remedy. Not one suit was measured correctly. Went through head office in the following weeks, and they did nothing but say they were sorry, but they delivered on time so there was nothing they could do. Do not recommend. The groom got his suit from Moore's and had a much better experience, no issues at Moore's what so ever.
