Just hung up from a young lady named Amber. She could not have been kinder. She was able to give me some advice on how to get a vaccine for someone in my family who is high risk. Amber was so polite and empathetic. She totally understood my frustration and acknowledged my worries. She took the time to listen to my concerns and advised me of our options. This staff is working as best as they can with the information given to them. Remember that they are front line workers too.. Be kind and respectful. They have been working in a very stressful environment for a year. Thank you again Amber. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Would give you a zero if possible, overstepping to say the least...and not respecting people's medical exemptions or forcing businesses to accept those exemptions. Instead letting Peterborough square kick out seniors with medical exemptions and call the police on them. Disgusting behaviour from all of peterborough to say the least.

BEAWARE!!! THE PTBO PUBLIC HEALTH UNIT does not work for the people and the community it serves. It's all politics and the inspectors are uneducated and have no background in the business they so call serve to protect the public. The reports are compiled of false misguided information based on NO knowledge and expertise. No one is protected or safe. There are no real regulations. New staff AND LOTS OF IMPROVEMENT NEEDED!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!
