Just a quick note of appreciation.... I usually purchase lumber at Kingdon Timber Mart and have always liked their quality and price. Ordered some lumber early this week for delivery and found after delivery that one of the boards had some hidden damage and was unusable. Called the service desk yesterday and they couldn't have been any nicer. Woke up this morning to find the replacement board in my driveway! Great customer service! That's what keeps me coming back.....
I ordered an prehung interior door 6 week ago and was told that it should show up in two weeks to find out it is a 5 week wait, call a few times to find out if my door was order, now knows what the status of the door in the production, no one return my call until this week to find out the door is no longer available. Why is this still in your stores to sell misleading the customers???? You need to work on the customer satisfaction a little harder.
