Customer service was non existent. They were an hour late, and then went on to say that everyone in Peterborough is on welfare and that's why rideshare isn't a thing as if ridesharing wouldnt be a more cost effective way of transportation for people with low income. This company is absolutely terrible and I pray for anyone that has to use their services.

Worst experience ever, they are not following any given instructions. Cab blocked my driveway.
Friendly staff and drivers. The woman that dispatches the taxi is extremely accurate when giving a arrival time for your taxi as well as her quotes for your trip.
The drivers are nice and so is dispatch
I have used this company since moving to the city and the drivers are very friendly and take the quickest route possible. I don't see why the negative comments, try a taxi in Toronto and you will see the difference. The lady on the phone is always pleasant with me , maybe it's the way you talk to her
