I would highly recommend Banana Service. I went in today with a phone that I thought could possibly be beyond repair. The individual that I spoke with was extremely professional and honest. I was lucky that the damage was not as bad as I had thought, obviously they are the experts! They could have easily kept the phone and charged me what they originally quoted and I would have never known the difference but they didn't. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone I come across with a damaged phone.

They were okay, not my usual repair place. Offered repair on two phones, one with battery damage the other severe water damage. Slow repair, took over a week, and they were unable to override the passwords on the phones, the text data was what was requested... Also the repairs were VERY expensive costing almost 900 for two devices. Overall for near 1k I would think they would be able to work a little faster and without as much assistance from the client. I am still waiting to see what they have accomplished a week later. *edit, it took three weeks to get both phones and information back. The Samsung still hasn't been unlocked, and they tried so many times it locks you out for over an hour each time now. Super disappointed in the quality of the service and the repair of the product. They were unclear as to what they were capable of doing and the cost. For close to 1 k of work you would think the end result would be a two usable phones. Nope. The iPhone is a brick. They pulled the data off it (not all data) and gave me back a memory stick ( that had to be paid for) and a dead phone the Samsung now turns on. But we can't get into it... dissatisfaction guaranteed

I was told it would take 2 weeks for my laptop to be fixed and I got it back in less than one week. They saved all of my data which is most thankful about.

I came to them to see if I could recover some data from a Samsung phone that failed. They told me the phone was fixable but not economicaly given its age. They tried few simple things at no charge but none worked. At the time I decided to forgo the data. I felt I was given \straight goods\. I was confident there was no attempt to take advantage of me. Next time l have a problem like that I now where I go.
