My dog was at pet planet to get her teeth cleaned. I did some shopping as well. The staff were exceptional. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back there again to shop.

I love Pet Planet! It's so close to home and convenient.
Stopped in this evening to pick up a limited ingredient dog food that my vet recommended I could try in lieu of feeding my dog the prescription diet from the vet. I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the individual was that helped me. She was well versed in food nutrition and potential holistic approaches for food allergies that my guy's been suffering. You don't get this kind of assistance at just any pet food store.

Visited the store a couple of times to inquire about a dog food drive . Asked to speak with manager regarding this both times to no avail. Asked if i could leave a poster for the window which the girl said she would happily put up for us. Well went there today and no sign was up andstill hadnt heard from manager. So much for helping our furry friends in need. Thanks for nothing
