I tried to leave a good review because I will go to this store over other stores closer to me for the products. They have more natural selections to choose from and their products show that they care about my animals... The employees not so much. There is definitely a lack of customer service at this store and it's not because of covid. I find myself wondering if it's worth it to go out of my way to come to this particular pet store. Also... the pricing online is different than in store so even if you have an INVOICE with one price they will charge you store price.

Pet Paradise has a broad selection for a midsize independent local shop. Staff are knowledgeable about fish and genuinely care. They wouldn't just sell. They ask about your current stocking and conditions, then advise accordingly. Cherry shrimp quality is much better than others nearby. The prices do reflect accordingly and are slightly higher.
They are absolutely awesome. Extremely knowledgeable, fair and reasonable pricing with an unmatched selection/variety of exotic pets. They actually care about their animals and keep them in appropriate enclosures, to ensure that they thrive and have enrichment.
I am in love with Pet Paradise. Always my go-to pet store. All of the staff are well educated, and welcoming, and friendly! They help me raise animals like this! :)
