The worst service I have ever saw in my life i went before 2 weeks I really was disappointed of what I saw and how they treat their customers and I didn’t see any kind of respect there even their website doesn’t tell what’s available or not. What a customer who is going to buy his pet and doesn’t see him before buying like even without touching or something you can’t see the pet I don’t know what kind of service is this and I know we are in hard circumstances because of COVID-19 but there are always solutions at least let the customers to see the pet even through the glass with no touching. I’m sorry but I don’t recommend anyone to deal with this store.

Great pet store to buy birds and bird supplies from! We just adopted an African grey baby from pet o pets and their service was great! They taught us everything we need to know and now we are well on our way to have a great parrot!

These people don't care. Website is inaccurate. service is terrible. I will never shop there again. Looking at the other reviews terrible service and inaccurate website info is a common problem. I too wasted my time going there and gas. I imagine the positive reviews are fake. Don't waste your time and money.
