Last Monday I was on Mark's website browsing for winter boots. Being in business locally, I try to shop local as often as I can. I found the boots I wanted and was notified that the Perth store had 1 set left however when I tried to put them in the cart it said not available. I decided to call the Perth store and inquire. I was informed by the girl who answered the phone that they were doing something else and that they could not assist me. She told me to use the website, had she listened she would of known I had. Obviously Mark's didn't need my business and it doesn't keep her employed so I went over to Amazon's website. I found the exact same boots, ordered them on Monday. They shipped Tuesday and I had them by Thursday. According to Mark's website it could of taken 7 days for someone to go to the back of the Perth store, pick up those boots and arrange to have them ready for curbside pickup so I even was able to receive them faster through Amazon. Really hard to shop local when the business doesn't seem to want your business.

Very friendly staff. Great selection. Felt covid safe in store.
I buy a lot of my clothing there. Good prices, good quality. I am tall so sleeve length in shirts is an issue. Mark's carries sizes that allow me to buy shirts that actually fit.
Didn't have what I was looking for but very friendly and helpful staff
