I have had insomnia issues for probably the past 10 years. Nothing has worked. I would find a healthy solution and it would only be effective for a short time and then I’d be back to no sleep, sometimes for as long as 24 hours. I hate to resort to sleeping pills. Since Mary started treating me a couple of years ago my sleep has gradually improved to the point where I am consistently getting at least 5 hours. I have faith that with her help I will be back to 8. Homeopathy is the healthy way to go!
