Lisa Haley

My partner and I have been working with Francis Yu since February and we are very happy with his training. He is a very knowledgeable and firm instructor, but can also accommodate physical limitations for health issues. He is also flexible with his hours, which we have greatly appreciated with our schedules. Additionally, he has worked with our condo gym's limitations. We are very happy with Francis, and with the results we are getting!
