Simone Soares is an amazing personal trainer! In 2017, I was diagnosed with RA and had a hip replacement. Simone helped me strengthen my atrophied muscles and learn how to walk properly again and gave me exercises that would not harm my joints or cause inflammation. My strength and walking has significantly improved and I could not have done it without her help. Simone is highly knowledgeable, very organized, tailors each program specifically to her clients needs, focuses on the mind body connection, and makes sure that you are doing the exercises properly. Highly recommended!
