I had the pleasure of working with both Trina and Mitch, and I am extremely happy with my purchase of my NX. It was a smooth, effortless experience because these two know their stuff; they are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. Their suggestion of the Lexus roof racks (see photos) really rounded out the already sporty appearance of this car. Olivia was also a pleasure to work with; and Dan and his crew made my service appointment very easy, especially when answering my many questions. The Performance Lexus team again delivers on attention to detail and stellar customer service. Thank you !

I had great experience working with Bilal Ahmed in purchasing my first Lexus. He was very professional from the time I started the process till the delivery of the vehicle. A WOW experience overall! I always do my research before i buy a new car from a dealer. In this particular case i saw only good reviews about the sales department which made me a little skeptical at first, almost like paid publicity... I believe great Dealerships need a great after sale mentality and service department too. The only time we hear about them it's went horrible stories happens right!? Long story short, i want to give a BIG KUDO to the managing team Mark, Dustin and Olivia and also the service department Dan, specifically. I also have to mention the sales team as well, Troy and Mitch are pleasant to work with, answers all of your questions. The entire team went over and above for my husband i. I never encountered such a great Dealership. ''Great job guys and thank you!'' I can say now that i am a true believer, they deserve their Performance status! I absolutely recommend this Dealership, they take good care of their customer, even after your transaction :).
