I just bought my FIRST BMW at Performance BMW at St. Catharines. I am very pleased that I chose this dealer after I talked to many BMW dealership in Ontario. It is definitely worth the drive to this place. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, and a special thank to my sales consultant Ray. Ray was very professional and knowledgeable to help me to choose a perfect car, a X3 to meet all my driving requirements. The whole shopping experience was great, there was no any hidden cost and the price was honest, the delivery was so fast, the pickup process was also very smoothly and seamless. Seamless experience. Walked in on a Saturday and fell in love with a 330i. Sales Consultant Bahador Aflatoonzadeh went over all the details and new technology on the vehicle with great knowledge, but absolutely impressed me with how confidently he described how my driving experience would change. By Monday morning, I had the keys in my hands. It was amazing. Beautiful product, excellent service and such attention to detail. I’m so pleased.

The 1st person I spoke at BMW performance at St.Catherine was Toney. He was very very polite and extremely helpful. Answered all my questioned without any hesitation both in person and on the phone. He sold me the BMW, the kind I wanted. He is my number one contact person there. Even after selling the BMW, he still helps me out with those after sales questions. If I could give him a 10 star for his services, I would.
