I came in to inquire about purchasing product for the first time today and the lady behind the deck at "customer service" could not have been more rude, dismissive and arrogant. She seemed more than eager to try to tell me all the reasons which I might be disqualified from purchasing directly (none of which applied to me) and bent over backwards seemingly to avoid creating a new client account. I left disappopinted and with the distinct impression that they prefer you do your business through third party companies so don't even waste your time here just order from Sysco or GFS
