I discovered this service almost a year ago. Elycia and Erik have been so amazing and flexible with their schedule and accommodating mine. They take my dog out and have accommodated her needs with completing her 'business'. They feed her when she gets back to the house and even fill her water bowl if they notice it's low! And their updates with pics let me know when she leaves and when she gets back. And they have been available with only a couple of hours notice when I have been held up at work. And best of all, their prices are very reasonable!

We discovered Peppy Tails when we had a dog care emergency in November, 2016. Elycia, Erik and their team fit us in to their already busy schedule, and their kindness and attention to our dogs' needs quickly won us over. What was meant to be a short-term solution to an urgent care problem has now become an important element of our dogs' ongoing care. Since beginning a regular walking schedule with Peppy Tails, our dogs have lost weight, their stamina has improved, they are better socialized, and are just generally calmer and happier dogs. One of our dogs was abused as a puppy and, although a very sweet boy, he is quite leash-reactive and a challenge to walk. The Peppy Tails team has worked with him to develop consistent expectations while on leash, and his leash manners have noticeably improved - and we couldn't be more thrilled. Our ultimate goal has been to have our dogs join the Friday group trail walk - with the ongoing care and attention of Elycia, Erik and the Peppy Tails team what was once a distant wish is now becoming a distinct possibility. We have been using Peppy Tails for about 4 months now for our 3 yo Old English Beagle. She can be a challenging dog to walk with many triggers (other dogs, squirrels, leaves...) but Elycia has been very open and willing to work with us to keep a happy, healthy puppy! We get updates every day when she is picked up/dropped off and if she has had any issues. We have also used Peppy Tails to dog-sit while we are away on holidays. We are confident we are leaving her in good hands with Elycia. Dog-sitting visits also come with updates and photos! We have seen our fair share of dog walkers/sitters over the past 3 years and really value the open communication style, professionalism, flexibility and dependable service from Peppy Tails. We are so happy that we found someone that we could rely on to take care of our labradoodle when we were away on holidays. Elycia was great, taking the time to send us daily pictures and updates was simply the best, giving us peace of mind that our dog was happy while were away. Our dog just loves her, and we can't thank Peppy Tails enough . . . we will be sure to use Peppy Tails again in the future.

Elycia has been walking our dog now for a few months. Our dog is 14 years old and Elycia is very caring and easily adapts to the needs of our dog. I love getting the pictures and the updates on how they do on the walk. I am so happy to have had Elycia recommended to us and would highly encourage anyone to use her service. It's reassuring to know that Casey gets the love and attention during the day from Peppy Tails.
I booked a free trial for my 2 puppies private walk and sent my address and got confirmed the day. And she told me that she will send me some forms through eamil but havent got any .So my husband called and asked again if everything is booked and she said everything is ok and she will send the forms by friday which has never delivered. And the day we booked the trial 2 hours before the time she sent a text message that she cannot provide the service to my area. It is her choice to work but she knew our address and could have told us When we tried to book .She wastedd our time to look for other services and very unreliable and unprofessional.
