I took my ring in to be sized that my daughter gifted me at least 3 months ago or more and have not heard a word. I have tried calling at various times and days of the week however the phone just keeps ringing with no answer. Hard to get answers. It is located in a major shopping centre right downtown during COVID I really don’t want to have to go there. I will give an update once I myself find out how this will pan out. If you want better reviews answer the phone abs give updates to customers if there are delays in service.

Don't always believe everything you read in a review. Always 2 sides to a story. Fantastic staff and management that will try their best for you. Someone not happy with a answer, they write a horrible review without saying how they treated staff and what outrageous demands they were making. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Their rings are awful havent even had my ring for a year and I've had to replace 12 diamonds and my main diamond fell out today. Sick of coming in and replacing them. I will never buy anything from them again.
