First experience buying the necklace was great, super friendly and got exactly what I was looking for. but I sold me a warranty that was not valid for the gift I purchased. So was contacted to come back. Went back and the lunch break for the entire store was 2-330 so wasn’t able to fix the problem, then the store hours were posted wrong so I showed up again when the store was closed and I live out of the Province So hopefully they will accept a phone call because in person fix will not be happening.

Have been taking my rings in every 6 months for inspection and rhodium plating. This last go around the sales girl told me not to...I insisted I wanted it done. The white gold tends to yellow. She continued to tell me it was not advised. When I went to pick up my rings after 3 weeks I could tell that they indeed have not been rhodium plated. Just cleaned and inspected. They are still yellow. I would assume if the customer wants something done it would get done because I bought the diamond warranty? Disappointed.
