Played doubles for 1.5 hours for the first time at this facility. Found it warm despite the outside temp (much warmer than Langley Tennis Center). Courts are clean and well-surfaced. Lighting is adequate bit not perfect. Special rates if you play before 9 am. You do not need to be a member to book a court or play in any of their leagues.

Our experience at People's Court, aka Global Tennis Academy, has always been highly positive and professional from all coaches and administrators. Their qualifications are second to none which are deservedly validated with their multiple coaching awards and the amazing kids who come through to become accomplished tennis players! Dimitri and Hassan have worked extremely hard to put together programs for their kids, and that's exactly how they treat them: our kids are like their own kids. They want these kids to reach their highest potential and become well-rounded players. In order to do that, the coaches teach them not only just key tennis skills, but about work ethic, integrity, team play, respect for other players and coaches, and the list goes on. As a parent, I am grateful for all the things they are learning at Global Tennis.
I had a wonderful experience learning tennis from the experienced coaches there! Not only the staff were friendly , professional and welcoming , they also provided me with an extraordinary teaching style which I will never forget. I bought my tennis racquet from the pro shop which is on site and it is very convenient to get tennis gear and etc and reasonable prices. I also enjoy playing outside where there are 2 public courts alongside the 5 indoor courts. Highly recommended!!!
The Global team of coaches is outstanding in the development of kids technically, strategically and in character development to become the best they can be. Seven of our kids have / are progressing through their programs. The "quality control" of instruction is very good because of good communication and understanding of the child's developmental needs. I haven't seen a better coaching team!
I have played at people's courts tennis academy for more than 10 years now and can say that this is a great place to learn tennis. The coaches are passionate about their jobs and have always pushed me to work hard and strive to be the best I can be. Growing up, the coaches always emphasized that I played with honesty, good sportsmanship and a good attitude. These values have been important to me both on and off of the court.
Peoples courts tennis club is one of the best tennis clubs in British Columbia. The coaches are very nice and take their job really seriously. Almost every kid that has been playing there for a while is now ranked really well nationally
My kids have been attending the group programme and summer camp for several years. They love to come to play tennis as well enjoying the learning from all the coaches. My personal interaction with the coaches and with other parents regarding the coaching have been very positive. My recommendation is, don't only take the words from the review, drop by any time and experience for yourself.
My son started taking tennis lessons at Global Tennis Academy approximately a year ago and I have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about this place. The programs are run very professionally and parents are always kept informed about their kids' progress and development. It's obvious when I watch their practices that everything is done with a clear goal and purpose in mind. My son has a lot of fun at Global Tennis and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
