Penwood’s provided an outstanding level of customer service. My low headboard cherry wood platform bed turned out as expected. Greg and Dana, in the Ancaster store, were extremely helpful and responsive in addressing all of my requirements and specifications. I will definitely be a repeat Penwood customer.
This store is absolutely fantastic! The blond lady who is about 50 years old or so...I think her name is Dana...She is funny....friendly and edpecially knowledgeable! She can help you so much, it is incredible! She led me through the store and finally we found exactly what I needed. The two nightstands which I chose are absolutely beautiful! I will most definitely be going back to buy more furniture since I have just bought a house and need to furnish it. I just love it! Thanks Dana! You are an absolute GEM!! See YOU soon!!
