only giving this two stars because of Heather. Went in a few weeks ago to ask some questions and was blown off by the worker in a very condescending tone and told to call customer service . Well customer service told me to go back to the store so I did and Heather was able to solve all the problems I had with my account and even helped me with my phone, and so friendly too. I will stay with virgin because of her. If it was the first lady again service then i would give a 0 review
