I needed help locating some paperwork for an old insurance policy. After spending about 45 minutes on hold, I decided to go into the actual store to see if someone could help me. There were two ladies working, who were both helping clients - which was totally fine, so I sat and waited. After sitting there for about 20 minutes, no one even acknowledged me, even to say that they would be with me when they were done. All I needed was to leave a message to have someone call me when they had a free minute! I won’t be returning for any other services.
