8 years old now in west Kootenay, built in 2010. Very nice home, great layout, very happy. However if you have a skylight like us, ensure you get proper flashing on it. The moduline skylight installed has a built in flashing but it’s not wide enough & leaked.
So we've owned our unit for almost five years and the water heater quit. I contacted Moduline to get this looked at and was told I had to get in touch with the heater manufacturer. That's funny because Rheem told me to contact the home manufacturer. Not impressed. Issue #2 - so we had a water leak from the washer stack. The drain line from the furnace was not correctly plumbed into the stack which resulted in the leak. They did reimburse us for the insurance deductible we paid to have this poor workmanship corrected and then they sent us a release form absolving them of any future liability regarding this specific issue. Okay that's fine and I understand that but then they want us to get this document notarised rather than just having someone who knows witness the signatures. Too bad their assembly people aren't as diligent as their HR dept. Kinda greasy in my opinion.

I have the chancellor model 24-52 serial #5557. I purchased it in 1976 in Courtenay. I have done some remodelling over the years. I have put new siding, new windows, new on suite bathroom,new flooring etc. It is on a full basement. An edition at the front entrance, decks at front and back.
