The customer service was Terrible. I had called them because it said my order came in on gmail. But it wasn't there. The lady i was speaking with was set on it being my fault, even though they didn't take my information down to get it shipped to me. They said it would arrive at that store The only reason i gave 4 stars is because the boots are really good of this was solely based on customer service they wouldn't get any.

It's decent the work gear boots, overalls, artic gear has exceeded expectations. However the lack of sizing \diversity\ in the men's clothing is frustrating. Online has it all, I'm tired of excuses.
Unreal. The girl , Esther, that helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful I bought the boots she showed me and am very happy with them.
Long lineup and they won't allow you to use the bathroom - really? Covid is also an excuse for lousy customer service. I needed to walk to Tim Hortons to use their bathroom. Also, I have worn their cotton t-shirts day and night for over 20 years. Marks changed their cotton t-shirts I them online. It says it is recycled cotton. The shirts are extremely itchy and I can't wear them. I washed them before wearing, too. Maybe it has wool in it or bad chemicals. I will return these shirts.
