Jeff wasted weeks of time and my money by forgetting all our conversations, adding he has a lender, then immediately after I paid a 500 assessment which came in above the last assessment, said he couldn't help. I had told him everything that was going on and what we needed and he screwed us over, arrogantly carrying through despite knowing we couldn't afford an assessment without knowing the funding was in place. This is a last step, not a qualifying step. It came in 10k over the last assessment and he brusquely got rid of us. Highly not recommended due to dishonesty, and lack of communication and doesn't keep track of conversations. He said he didn't do anything wrong because my initial contact form had a higher estimate and he didn't know we were behind, but that's completely untrue as I told him ask if this information in our conversations. Very unprofessional as he did not explain where the assessment need to come in at and if he had we wouldn't have done it. Now I can't feed my kids as my last funds went into his greedy pockets. Stay away.
