Rude and unpleasant employees. We go over there just because we have to. Sometimes they can even be agressive and gross. I hate going over there. I really don't understand why they mostly are so impolite.

It's okay. Not bad enough to make me want to drive to another city, but not so great that I want to write an amazing review. The staff always seem to just want to get people in and out and do not care about experience. If you've sorted something wrong, they'll rarely take the time to explain it to you and instead just hand it back to you to fix. The spaces are clean though, and they seem to be taking COVID-19 restrictions seriously. A lot of issue tends to be with other customers invading personal space, stealing your cans or sorting trays, and in general being very rude. Not something the company can control, but I wish they would be more strict on allowing their customers to bully each other.
I'm usually here to return wine bottles - hey, don't judge me, we live in one of the best grape growing areas in Canada, so there's lots of wine to try out - and some cardboard and plastic bag recycling. During lockdown I found I really missed my monthly trips to come here and replace wine bottles with cash. So happy they're open again. Really efficient staff, convenient hours, and parking isn't an issue, although there are times when they're busy that a spot isn't available right close to the front door. Thanks to the employees working here for providing the service that you do!
Efficient and friendly, very clean and organized. They run a tight ship here!
