Outrageously pricey. We did 7km in smooth traffic and the meter was already at 18 and skyrocketing. We unloaded before our destination as I didn't have enough cash to keep doing. What a scam. Next time I'll just walk. Two star because of the driver was courteous and on time.
The dispatcher was extremely rude today. When I asked for a van at the end of the Channel she asked if I parked the the top of the channel and when i said yes then she rudely comment that I dont need a van but she wouldn't stop being arrogant and let me tell her i had 5 people that need a ride and then hung up on me. She refused to give me her name. And other riders said she was rude to them as well. She started her shift at 2pm today.
The WORST customer service ever. The lady on the phone was insanely rude & has completely lost my service. Will NEVER call this company for a ride again. Genuinely amazed with how someone can speak to someone like that over the phone!
