I have nothing but great things to say about Coach Jason and his team. Everyone always has fun and pushes each other to crush whatever their individual goals might be. Highly recommend joining to anyone from high end athletes to someone trying to find a fun way to stay in shape.

I never entered this facility but walked past it going to enjoy the beach during the week we were at the Barefoot Beach resort. When the gym open their doors to the Beach area where families are sitting lakeside and (from what I can see from the door) there are children in the upper play area while adults work out down below - I was completely appalled by the extreme vulgar rap music being played quite loudly in the presence of (especially) children. F** bombing every few lines - the persons responsible for their music selection in a public place were very irresponsible in my opinion.

I love it here! The coaches are wonderful, the environment is so warm and supportive. Everybody is so positive, encouraging and eager to assist you in reach your goals. You also can't beat the beachfront views, or a nice dip in the lake post-workout! Such a great experience!

My wife, my teenage sons and I are all members of Beach City Crossfit and have been for about 18 months. It has been a great experience for our whole family, the coaches are awesome and you can't beat the location...right on the beach. If you want a fun place to work out, where you'll make fast friends with everyone and be pushed to achieve things you never thought possible, this is the place. We love it!
