Horrible customer service for online shopping. Went to pay for my order with a gift card and the remainder on my personal card. Instantly after submitting order I realized the gc didn't go through and attempted to call them several times to see if we could correct t the 100 mistake but "due to covid" they disconnected their phone lines. Had to send an email. 48 jrs later got a response that there was nothing they could do I would have to wait for my order to arrive and then return it in store then buy it back on the gc.
