Vince Rodych is President of Penguin Management Inc., providing senior-level consulting services in the areas of corporate affairs, geophysical technology, client engagement and business development. Vince prides himself with being available on short notice in a plug and play capacity to represent clients’ worldwide affairs – whether to attend meetings on the client’s behalf, expedite a transaction, or alleviate onerous worldwide travel. Vince has experience across a wide spectrum of industry and business, including corporate relations, geophysics/seismic, petroleum engineering, government, public,media & aboriginal relations, and business development. Vince was recently Director, Business Development, North America & Australasia for INOVA Geophysical, a global seismic technology company. Vince previously served as Country Manager, Canada, for INOVA’s affiliate, ION Geophysical. Vince’s career includes that of Executive VP and COO of Arcis Seismic Solutions (an integrated geophysical services company, now TGS), General Manager of Conor Pacific Environmental Technologies, as well as an extended career at BP/Amoco Canada Petroleum. At BP/Amoco he held a variety of engineering and management positions throughout the company, including the role of VP, Public and Government Affairs. In this capacity he was an officer of the company and served as a member of the executive leadership team. Penguin Management is proud to have begun its management consulting work back in 2000, where Vince served as the lead stakeholder engagement consultant for the Calgary Regional Health Authority’s Site Selection Committee for the new Southern Alberta Children’s Hospital. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Univ. of Saskatchewan. He is a registered professional engineer with the Assoc. of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA); is a member of the Canadian Society of Exploration Geophysicists (CSEG) and the SEG.
