While the work performed by BC Roofing was fine, I was disappointed that the bill was 60% higher than the quote. I was approached by BC Roofing after a storm, and I was told it would be 350 tax, including materials. The total was 650, and there was a charge for shingles! I did email the business, but they chose not to respond. I do understand that the quote was for an hours work, and they spent longer. However, nobody told us, and some 'proactive' work was done, but if that put us over the hour, that wasn't cool. The lack of communication was disappointing, and the overall 60% increase in a small job was enough to make me consider elsewhere. Bait & Switch - Caveat Emptor.
