Have tried more than once to stop them from dropping papers off. Have had to pay twice to get my snowblower fixed in the winter because of lazy delivery people who won't walk up to the step, and just watched the carrier throw it from their car a minute ago and it is a bright sunny summer day! Wish we could have gotten away doing that when we were kids delivering newspapers. Very sad.
