Anything ever happen to your personal property due to Management's negligence? Don't expect a single bit of help or reimbursement. They wont even come to your condo door to see the issue you might be having. Absolutely useless. Not handicap friendly. No automatic doors. Door dampeners aren't set or broken. Have more than 2 bags of groceries? Have fun getting smashed in the back by the minimum 4 doors you have to go through. People parking in your parking spot, and you're paying the fees to the condo? \Parking isn't our responsibility\. Condo was too broke because they black balled tenants (your condo fees weren't being put towards condo) to perform maintenance on garage and elevator. Threatened to place lien on your condo unless you pay 7k for garage repairs within 1yr and another 7k for elevator. I thought that's what condo fees were supposed to cover?
