Amazing lovely staff I must firstly say always so warm and welcoming. Secondly the work done here is by far the best. I’ve had issues with 2 different subs and 1 high powered amp that unfortunately blew but the workers seemingly somehow not only made my Audio sound 1000% better but fixed everything I needed done in my car from new door speakers to a new sub to a new amp that’s been lasting me for almost 2 years now and going strong. I’d recommend anyone to this car Audio shop they do an amazing great job and fair prices indeed.

Sometimes business owners forget why are they in the business to start off with...to serve customers! They messed up electrical in my car & wanted to take zero ownership but rather chose to be rude and arrogant about it. When you’re in such a competitive space, your clientele will decide the future of your shop based on the service you provide. There was another customer waiting who apparently had same electrical issues after Peel Audio Video worked on this car too. I doubt the staff is experienced enough to work on newer German cars, maybe their fine with the classic American vehicles. There’s many other shops nearby that do a better job & know how to serve their customers better. Save yourself the headache
