Updating review having gained more climbing experience and having visited twice more since becoming a regular at the competitor 'Gravity' location. As I said before, the staff are still friendly. But I'm actually REMOVING a star. The quality of individual climbs has not gone down. I actually think the route setter is very good at making fun climbs. Problem is he seems to have lost all interest or passion for this. Since I stopped being a regular here (The same week the Gravity location opened up) They've swapped out all the climbs but only maybe put in half of them back. It's especially evident in the cave where there are entire sections of the wall dedicated to a single climb. Where as before there were 3-4 climbs overlapping. It's as if the route setter has been given half the time he might have previously to make any one wall. And the result is half the climbs. He even took down holds that weren't part of set routes? Why? So the area is even more barren than it already is? It's really disappointing that the upstairs area had the same climbs for a straight year. (If I remember correctly, 9-10 in the cave total? Right now there are 5. Not counting a 'white' climb that's meant for children) I guess it's alright for the amount of money. (5 on the half off days) and it's decent for beginners since the climbs are low difficulty (The highest being 5, which is more like a 4 at Gravity and Gravity has climbs rated to 8) But the route setter has clearly given up on properly setting the walls. So there are about half the amount of climbs previously there. Which is odd, considering when you walk in you pass boxes and boxes of unused holds. If you're a beginner might be worth visiting 5-6 times. After that go to Gravity.

The gym is in an abysmal state of repair and I would recommend avoiding it at all costs. Take the taped ropes for example. The tape is right at the locking carabiner and would hide any potential weak points in the rope from regular inspection. Given the condition of the ropes, I sincerely wonder if any such inspection occurs. The grigris are also in a poor state, no longer springing closed. This kind of negligence could get someone seriously injured. Further, the staff were negligent in their duties. I'd expect any gym to at least perform a belay test on new customers. No such test was performed. Instead, selfies were taken in the side room. I get it; It was a slow evening. Still, safety should be paramount in a climbing gym. It's just a matter of time before this gym results in broken limbs or worse.

Wow! This place was amazing! We had an entire group of homeschoolers take it over during the day and the kids didn't want to leave. It was complete awesomeness!

I've been coming to this place on and off for a few months, the staff are incredibly friendly, it's always clean, it's a great price, and an amazingly fun place to try indoor rock climbing! I'd recommend anyone who is hesitant to try rock climbing come here!

Went for a 10 year old birthday party. Great facility for kids. Could use a bit of an update but has great basic walls and bouldering area. Good for beginners and great for the kids!

I dropped my 16 year old and his friend off they really enjoyed it. A good healthy activity that promotes teamwork. I was there for the first 30 minutes while the staff gave them instructions and they were very helpful
