Excellent course (BLS Renewal)! I was very impressed with the technology of the manikins and the instructor. The course was fun and interactive. I would certainly recommend this course to others. I am giving it a 4 star only because the space of the facility is small. With a larger facility this course would definitely be 5 stars!

Poor customer service. My appointment for the mask fit test was rescheduled without my approval and without an option to cancel or reschedule it myself. Noone answered my emails and phone calls regarding this issue.
