My interior designer introduced PCL as a reputable company. Unfortunately, they were dead wrong. We gave them a large job and paid in full. As soon as they were paid they stopped responding. Edmond, who was our rep, completely ignored us. The installation was poorly done and they refuse to return our calls. I reached out to Ina, their office manager who promised to call us back the next day but after 2 months and numerous follow up messages has also gone dark. My advice is, if you're not giving them a million dollar project, they won't even give you the time of day
I have worked closely with PCL Graphics and Ina in particular and find her and them a great company to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
They are professional in sign with different models and sizes.
