I have a MacBook Air that needed a replacement battery. I contacted the Jump store and they said they’d have to “diagnose it” (that’s one appointment), order the part and then fix it (a separate appointment). Ain’t nobody got time for that. I contacted Frank at PC Paramedics. He ordered the battery right away, it came in a few days later and he installed it IN 1 HOUR! The Jump people told me 2-3 DAYS! Don’t be foolish. Go to PC Paramedics.
