Its been three weeks since I have dropped off my sons computer. I have called him and went into the store several times to get updates... Still nothing to tell me what is going on. He closed for several days mid week during this time with no contact regarding the status of the unit. Communication is key, but lacking here.

Had a great first experience . Brought in a faulty charging cord and the staff tested it free of charge and sold me a used cord for only 35. Would recommend! *UPDATE* Went in today, and received the best service, the owner was closing in an hour, but he still took the time to look over & repair my laptop. Highly recommend.
